What we found this month, with the page that shows it
Rivn's ISO 9001, GMP and ISO 17025 claims name no certifying body or certificate number — the same defect that cost Ameano and Idun the claims-consistent point. We awarded it anyway, caught it the same day, and took it back: 10/10 to 9/10, hours after they became our partner.
The accredited lab's own certificate reports 95% of the labelled content — the lowest fill ratio on any report we opened this month.
4.5 across 244 reviews on 18 September; 'this profile has been removed' on the 19th. The certificate chain is still one of the best we have seen.
The certificate says 'searchable via horizonanalytical.com'; submitting the report number sends no request at all.

One point per criterion: names its testing laboratory; certificates verifiable at the lab, not just the vendor; batch-specific coas matched to lots; publishes measured net content vs label; coas and pricing viewable without an account; independent review base (50+ on an external platform); no contradictions among its own claims; vial sizes stated with prices; publishes a legal entity and street address; no misleading trust signals or buyer-protection workarounds. Scores are whole points, so ties are common: several vendors share the same number, and the bars above show how many. Partnership is disclosed on every page and is not an input to any score.

Method
We do not rate vendors on vibes, and we do not take their word for anything. For each one we open a certificate and read what it actually says: which laboratory produced it, whether that lab will return the same report by its own reference number, whether it is tied to a lot you can match to your vial, and whether anyone weighed the contents against the label. Then we look outside the certificate — at the independent review record, at whether the site's claims agree with each other, at whether prices are stated by size, at whether a legal entity and a street address exist anywhere.
Ten checks, one point each, evidence quoted per point with the date we read it. Scores only move when the evidence moves, and every move is logged in the public score history. Affiliate partners are disclosed on every page; several non-partners outscore partners, which is what the ranking is for.

Score history
Compound Review is an independent reference for research peptides. Its core work is vendor verification: 59 US research-peptide vendors scored on a public 10-point rubric, with the evidence for every point, dated price readings tracked in an append-only history, and discount codes listed only when we hold them as a partner and have confirmed them. Around that sits a 40-compound reference library built from the primary literature.
Affiliate disclosure: we earn commissions from some of the vendors we cover, including Purgo Labs, our primary partner. Every such relationship is disclosed on the page where it applies. The rubric does not know which vendors pay us, and the score history shows partners losing points on the same day non-partners gain them.
