Strong certificates, overstated marketing, and a warning letter

Mile High's certificates are the good kind: verifiable in the lab's own portal, with measured net content per lot, from Kovera Labs and Chromate. Its Trustpilot record was one of the larger live ones we tracked — 4.8 across 502 on 2 October 2026 — until Trustpilot removed the profile in the week that followed; the page now returns the platform's 'goes against our guidelines' notice. That costs the review-base point: 7 of 10 as of 9 October.
The two missing points are earned honestly. The homepage says "4.9 · 389 verified reviews" and "14x tested" while Trustpilot shows 4.8 and the vendor's own product pages say "7x independent third-party testing"; the same-day shipping cutoff is stated differently on the homepage and in the Terms. And FDA Warning Letter 721600 (March 2026) is on record — a warning letter is not a shutdown, but it is a regulator's finding and it stays on the page. Refunds, where issued, are store credit only: the Terms say cash, card or original-payment-method refunds will not be issued. On our 24 September read the catalog was blocked to an outside crawler, so prices are as of 11 September.
One disclosure, because it matters here: Mile High was an affiliate partner until 18 September 2026, when the vendor closed our account.
