What makes NAD+ different to source
NAD+ is the compound where vendor pricing diverges most sharply, and the reason is vial size. It is dosed in hundreds of milligrams rather than the 5–10mg typical of peptides, so a vendor selling 100mg vials and one selling 500mg vials can look similar on the shelf price while differing several-fold on what you actually get.
That makes per-milligram comparison unusually important here — and unusually easy, because NAD+ is one of the few compounds where most vendors publish the milligram amount alongside the price. A shelf price of $47 and a shelf price of $59.99 are not remotely comparable when one is 100mg and the other is 500mg.
NAD+ is also a stability-sensitive compound. Reconstituted material degrades faster than most peptides, which makes larger vials a false economy if you cannot use them within the working window. Weigh vial size against your actual consumption rather than buying the lowest per-milligram figure on principle.
