Prime Peptides Review (2026)
The certificate programme is the strongest kind we score: per-lot, net content measured, and checkable on the laboratory's own site, which we did. The company is named with an address. What is missing is an independent review record — Trustpilot removed the profile — and the homepage's 'not imported' line is contradicted by the vendor's own sourcing page. Eight of ten, at prices above most of the field.

02
What we could check at the lab, and what nobody can check
Written for this vendor; the sections below are computed
The certificate side of Prime Peptides is the kind we like to score. The currently shipping BPC-157 lot carries a Freedom Diagnostics report: identity confirmed by LC-MS, 99.63% purity, 11.08 mg measured on a 10 mg label, endotoxin and microbial passes. We took the search code printed on that report to the laboratory's own lookup page and it came back "Document found", serving the same PDF from the lab's domain. That is the difference between a certificate a vendor hosts and one a buyer can check without trusting the vendor, and it is why the lab-hosted point is awarded. The /testing/ table lists 51 such certificates by lot across 22 products, with the lot printed on the vial, and the newest lots we read — Retatrutide 10 mg at 11.62 mg, Semaglutide 20 mg at 19.29 mg — are dated within the last month.
The company is named. Prime Vitality, Inc. dba Prime Peptides, with a street address in Santa Barbara, appears in the terms, privacy policy and disclaimer, which is more than most of the field prints. The GLP-class listings are honest about what they are: semaglutide and retatrutide under their own names, and the "GLP-2" listing says tirzepatide in its first sentence with the CAS number printed.
Two points are withheld. Trustpilot has removed the vendor's profile for a guidelines breach — Trustpilot does not say which — so there is no independent review record to read, and we score what we can read. And the homepage says the peptides are "Made in North Carolina … Not imported, not relabelled", while the vendor's own sourcing page says the raw material "is made overseas" and is finished at a North Carolina factory it buys from. The second page is the more candid one; the first should match it. Prices are at the upper end of the market — BPC-157 10 mg is $55 where the cheapest 10/10 vendors charge $25 — with an automatic bundle discount that tops out at 12%. Eight of ten.

(accession 2609010004, search code Prim2609010004; received 1 Sep, reported 3 Sep 2026): identity confirmed by LC-MS, purity 99.63% by HPLC-UV, measured net content 11.08 mg on a 10 mg label, endotoxin pass on two replicates (LAL, USP <85>), PCR microbial screen pass. One vial measured.
Freedom Diagnostics' own lookup page returned 'Document found' for Prim2609010004 and served the certificate from the lab's domain — same lot, same figures, same report date.
51 certificates across 22 products, newest lot per product marked current, lot printed on the vial and packing slip; three laboratories appear on the lots we read (Freedom Diagnostics, Kovera Labs, Horizon Analytical). Newest reads: Retatrutide 10mg lot 26092403 (30 Sep 2026, 99.96%, 11.62 mg); Semaglutide 20mg lot 26091202 (18 Sep, 99.7%, 19.29 mg); NAD+ 1000mg lot DPS-2586061 (9 Sep, 99.98%, 1013 mg).
Contradiction — the vendor's claims disagree with each other or with the evidence
ContradictionThe homepage says 'Made in North Carolina
Our peptides come from a U.S. facility. Not imported, not relabelled.' The vendor's own sourcing page says 'Like nearly every peptide on the market, the raw material is made overseas. It's finished at the factory we buy from in North Carolina.' By the vendor's own account the peptide is imported and finished in the US.
BPC-157 10mg $55 against $25–$40 at the cheapest 10/10 vendors; the bundle discount tops out at 12% on nine vials.

Does Prime Peptides publish third-party COAs?
Read 10 October 2026. The currently shipping BPC-157 10mg lot (26082901) carries a Freedom Diagnostics certificate — accession 2609010004, search code Prim2609010004, received 1 Sep, reported 3 Sep 2026: identity confirmed by LC-MS, purity 99.63% by HPLC-UV, measured net content 11.08 mg on a 10 mg label, endotoxin pass (LAL, two replicates) and a PCR microbial screen pass. What should buyers watch for with Prime Peptides?
The Trustpilot profile for primepeptides.co has been removed by Trustpilot ('goes against our guidelines', read 10 Oct 2026), so there is no independent review record we can read — that costs the review-base point and is worth knowing in itself. The homepage says 'Made in North Carolina … Not imported, not relabelled', while the vendor's own sourcing page says the raw material 'is made overseas' and is finished at a North Carolina factory it buys from — the two pages disagree, so claims-consistent is not awarded. Prices sit at the upper end of the market (BPC-157 10mg $55 against $25–$40 at the cheapest 10/10 vendors); the automatic bundle discount tops out at 12% on nine vials. One vial measured per certificate. The site says '7 independent laboratories'; we saw three on the certificates we read.

Which lab tests Prime Peptides's products?
Prime Peptides names Freedom Diagnostics (also Kovera Labs, Horizon Analytical). Certificates resolve on the lab's own system, so a report can be checked with the lab rather than only downloaded from the vendor. Read 10 October 2026.
