What makes Retatrutide different to source
Retatrutide is the hardest of the GLP-class compounds to source responsibly, and the reason is straightforward: it is not approved anywhere. Status as of 9 October 2026: all four Phase 3 TRIUMPH trials have reported positive results, no FDA application has been filed, and Lilly has said it plans to file in the first quarter of 2027, which puts any decision in late 2027 or 2028. There is no FDA-approved reference product, so there is no pharmacy-grade benchmark to compare a vial against. Everything rests on the vendor's documentation.
Vendors rarely list it by name. It is sold as GLP-3 R, GLP-3 RT, RETA and other house codes. The decoder table below shows what each vendor calls it and how we established the identity — a CAS number on the listing, the lab lot prefix on the vendor's own certificate page, or the vendor's FAQ. A code with none of those is a code only, and we keep it out of the price table.
That also thins the field. Many vendors that stock semaglutide and tirzepatide do not carry retatrutide at all, and several that do added it recently without a track record behind it. Combined with Eli Lilly's litigation against GLP-1 suppliers and the wave of vendor closures through 2025–26, the practical question is less 'who is cheapest' than 'who will still be here, and can prove what is in the vial'.
The ranking below weights exactly that: an independently viewable review history, a named testing laboratory where one exists, and batch-specific COAs you can match to your vial.
