Where to buy Cagrilintide (also sold as AM833, Cagri, CagriSema (blend)): the 15 vendors below are the ones we have a dated product-page price for, ranked on documentation first and price second. Nothing here is typed from memory — every number links to a date.
Research use only. Compound Review scores vendors on documentation — laboratory certificates, lot records, pricing and company identity. Nothing on this page is guidance on human or veterinary use, dosing or health outcomes.
Per-milligram price is list price over labelled milligrams; it says nothing about what is in the vial. Code prices are list × (1 − the code's stated discount), not cart-tested against sales. We earn a commission on partner links; the rubric does not read partner status.
Reference size 10mg — the size most of these vendors sell. Other sizes we have on record are listed per vendor.

Cagrilintide is a long-acting amylin analogue developed by Novo Nordisk under the code AM833. It is not approved anywhere on its own. Its route to market is the fixed-dose combination with semaglutide, CagriSema: Novo filed the New Drug Application with the FDA on 18 December 2025 on the REDEFINE 1 and 2 results, a decision is expected in the last quarter of 2026, and in February 2026 the REDEFINE 4 head-to-head missed non-inferiority against tirzepatide. Status verified 14 October 2026. There is no pharmacy-grade reference product for either the single compound or the blend, so everything rests on the vendor's documentation.
Unlike the three GLP compounds, most research vendors list cagrilintide by name. The exceptions are the shorthand 'Cagri' and one vendor's house label, and the decoder below shows each. What muddies the field instead is blends: CagriSema-style cagrilintide/semaglutide vials and retatrutide/cagrilintide vials are sold at a range of ratios. A 5mg/5mg blend is not a 10mg vial of anything. We record blends in the notes and keep them out of the price table so every row compares the same thing.
The compound is newer to the research market than the GLP-1s, and that shows in the data: fewer vendors have a dated certificate for it, several added it in 2026 with no batch history, and one of the fifteen that list it had it sold out when we read it. Treat a vendor's cagrilintide listing as evidence of stock, not of testing, until the certificate for that batch is on a laboratory's own site.
The ranking below weights exactly that: an independently viewable review history, a named testing laboratory where one exists, and batch-specific COAs you can match to your vial.
Almost no vendor lists Cagrilintide by name any more. The table shows the code each one sells it under and how we established that the code means Cagrilintide — a CAS number on the listing, the lab lot prefix on the vendor's own certificate page, or the vendor's own FAQ. A code with no stated identity is listed as exactly that: the vendor is asking to be taken on trust, and we do not put those in the price table above.

Janoshik Analytical report #223088 for BPC-157 10mg batch 10242025B2 (sample received 17 Aug, analysed 24 Aug 2026): 11.61mg measured, purity 99.635%. We opened it on the lab's own verification page (key 1GTY19EIMQE4) on 30 Sep 2026 — client, manufacturer and batch print as MyPurePeptide. A public COA directory lists 103 report records across 47 products, each with task number, verification key, report batch, the original report image and the sample photograph, plus endotoxin reports for most lots; every product page links its current report. Open catalog with sized prices (BPC-157 10mg $25; TB-500 10mg $25; GHK-Cu 100mg $35; Ipamorelin 10mg $25; Tesamorelin 10mg $40; NAD+ 500mg $35). Legal entity myPurePeptide LLC with a mailing address in Austin, Texas; Visa and American Express at checkout. Trustpilot 4.7 across 177 reviews, claimed December 2025.
Net content: Report states 11.61mg measured on a 10mg label (116% — just over our 115% flag line), purity 99.635%; TB-500 #223097 11.54mg / 99.007%
Where it falls short
The printed address (12407 N Mopac Expy Ste 250 PMB 570, Austin) is a commercial mailbox, not premises — identity is awarded on the named LLC with that disclosure. The BPC-157 report measures 11.61mg on a 10mg label, 116% — just over our 115% flag line; TB-500 10mg measured 11.54mg. The vendor's own site says a report 'alone does not confirm the lot shipped'. The GLP-class pages print strike-through reference prices far above the selling price (Semaglutide 10mg 'was $399.99', now $70; Retatrutide 10mg 'was $699.99', now $80) — treat the 'you save' figures as marketing. Zelle is offered alongside cards. Returns: 7-day unopened window with a continuous unboxing video required for damage claims. A domain lookalike (mypurepeptides.com) is disclaimed on the vendor's homepage.

Where it falls short
Scored 10/10 on 19 Sep 2026, up from 8/10, and the timing is disclosed rather than buried: Rivn became an affiliate partner the same day, and that is what prompted the re-read. The two points it had been missing came from a single on-site '4.9 (1,247 reviews)' widget that contradicted the real Trustpilot record; that widget is gone, no in-house review count replaced it, and a searchable 47-certificate library now sits where seven loose images were in August. Full evidence and the exact pages checked are in the score history. Still vendor-stated and unverified: 'ISO 9001 certified facilities', 'Certified GMP', and the lab's ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation — claims we note but do not score.
Before you order, check the batch
A ranking tells you which vendors have good practices; it cannot tell you about the specific vial you receive. When your order arrives, compare the batch number on the label to the certificate. If they do not match, or there is no batch number, the documentation does not cover what you were sent, regardless of who you bought from. How to read a peptide COA.
As of 14 Oct 2026, 15 of the 80 vendors on our scoreboard list Cagrilintide with a price we have read on the product page: MyPurePeptide, Peptide Giants, Rivn Peptides, Ameano Peptides, TrustedPeps, Modified Aminos, PS Peptides, EZ Peptides, PeakForce Labs, Puratek Peptides, Modern Aminos, Elite Edge Biotech, Glacier Aminos, Valor Peptides, Polaris Peptides. Every one of them is scored on the same 10-point rubric; the table above shows the score, the dated price and what you can verify before ordering.
At the 10mg size, the lowest price we have on record is MyPurePeptide at $50.00 (read 14 Oct 2026) — Store API; listed by name; a 5mg/5mg cagrilintide-semaglutide blend is $45. It scores 10/10 on documentation. Price is the second sort key on this page, not the first, because an underdosed vial at a low price is the most expensive outcome.
MyPurePeptide and Peptide Giants share the top score at 10/10: named laboratory, certificates that resolve on the laboratory's own site, measured milligrams against the label, and a published legal identity. The per-criterion evidence, with dates, is on each vendor's review page.
Cagrilintide is sold by these vendors as a research chemical for laboratory use, not for human consumption; none of it is FDA-approved in this form. Legality of purchase varies by jurisdiction and the compound, and it is your responsibility to know your local rules. Our pages assess documentation and pricing; they are not legal or medical advice.
Rubric score first. Among equal scores, the lower verified price per milligram at 10mg. Then the larger independent review base. Affiliate partnership is not an input: 11 of the 15 vendors here are partners and they sit wherever the evidence puts them.
No. Cagrilintide on its own has no regulatory filing. The combination with semaglutide, CagriSema, was filed with the FDA by Novo Nordisk on 18 December 2025 and a decision is expected in the last quarter of 2026 (status verified 14 October 2026). Research-grade cagrilintide is sold for in-vitro laboratory use only and is not a substitute for any medicine.
Cagrilintide is a single amylin analogue. CagriSema is a fixed combination of cagrilintide and semaglutide developed as one product. Research vendors sell both the single compound and blends at various ratios; this page ranks vendors on single-compound vials only, and notes the blends each vendor also lists.
Because the compound is newer and vendors price it with less competition than the GLP-1s. The same 10mg label ranges by a factor of more than two across the vendors we read on 14 October 2026. Filter first on documentation (named laboratory, batch-matched certificate, identity testing), then compare price among the vendors that clear that bar.
Mostly not. The majority list it as cagrilintide or 'Cagri'. One vendor uses a house label with a GLP-style URL handle; the decoder on this page shows what each vendor calls it and how we established the identity.
