The honest caveat

No legal entity or street address on the site — contact is a toll-free number and an email; the Albany, NY suite on its Trustpilot profile is not printed on the vendor's own pages. Horizon Analytical's 'searchable via' lookup did not work when we tested it for another vendor (19 Sep 2026), so certificates are vendor-hosted in practice. The homepage claims 'strict cGMP safety & quality standards' with no certifying body.
