Northline's homepage badge says "4.8★ 12,000+ reviews". The live Trustpilot profile the vendor now links to shows 4.3 across 495 (read 24 September 2026), and an earlier version of the same homepage showed "12,000+" and "1,200+" side by side. We are not alleging the numbers are invented — a vendor may count on-site reviews separately — but when a company publishes irreconcilable figures about itself, the one you can go and check is the one worth using, and that one is 4.3.
The second thing to know: the original northlinelabs.com Trustpilot profile was removed by Trustpilot with a guidelines notice on 18 September 2026, and the vendor now points to a northlinelabs.org profile instead. The most recent visible review on it was three months old when we read it. Those two facts are what cost Northline the "no misleading trust signals" point; the certificate itself is good, and since our first read a company name has appeared behind the brand.
What has not changed is the buying position. Terms are all-sales-final — no returns, refunds or cancellations once placed — and the published address is a Wyoming registered-agent suite, not an operating location. Only on the certificate: the report we opened is from Horizon Analytical. The quality page still says 'an accredited laboratory' without naming it, which is why we list the lab as 'on certificates' rather than as a page-text claim.

The reasons we rank Purgo Labs ahead are specific: named labs in page text, measured net content per lot, a review profile that was never taken down, and card payments with a dispute path — Northline is all-sales-final.
