Do I need an account?
Yes. Prices and certificates are shown only after a free sign-up with no purchase; Oneday says that is on legal advice. Since 1 November 2026 a free sign-up no longer costs a point on our rubric.
Can I pay by card, and what if something arrives damaged?
On 29 October 2026 checkout offered cards, Apple Pay / Google Pay, same-day bank payment and Zelle at 5% off. A card keeps a dispute route that Zelle does not. All sales are final, and damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, so open the parcel when it arrives.
