They can, because they accept catalog "from" prices without sizes, apply untested discount codes, and pair the results with review scores hosted on their own site. We checked one such table's scores against Trustpilot directly: a vendor it showed at 4.86 held a 2.7 on the platform it implied as its source.
Every row here can be checked by opening the vendor's product page. When a row can't survive that, it doesn't appear. The table grows at the speed of verification — about one snapshot per month — and each snapshot is retained, so price movement over time is on the record rather than a badge.

Most price comparisons in this niche list hundreds of items precisely because they skip that step. Around twenty rows that are checkable beat six hundred that aren't, and the table grows as more sizes are verified each monthly cycle.
Verified list price divided by verified vial size, with Purgo Labs' confirmed recurring 20% code (HEALTH) applied to its rows — it is the only code whose terms we have confirmed, which is why no other vendor's promotional pricing is baked in. Where a sale price was captured, the row says so. Every figure carries the date it was read.
No, and the table shows it. Core Peptides' NAD+ is cheaper per vial at the 100mg size, though Purgo's 500mg works out far cheaper per milligram; Amino Science Labs beats Purgo outright on NAD+ 500mg ($49.99 vs $59.99) as noted in our review of them. Purgo wins most verified rows — often by 2x per milligram — which is a genuine pattern, not a rule. Where a competitor wins a row, the row says so.
You shouldn't have to — every row is dated and names the vendor, so you can open the product page and check. Prices also feed an append-only history file rather than being overwritten, so when this page says a price changed, the prior value and its date exist on the record. That is also why stale figures get removed rather than left to rot: if a price cannot be re-verified in a monthly cycle, it comes off the table.
