SS-31 is the research-market name for elamipretide, a four-residue mitochondria-targeted peptide that has been through clinical development under a pharmaceutical sponsor. On the research market it is sold under an unusual number of house names — we have seen it listed as Peptide-31 and as a vendor-branded '-31' product — which makes catalog search unreliable and price comparison harder than it should be.
The price spread between vendors is wider for SS-31 than for most compounds, and vial sizes range from a few milligrams to tens of milligrams. That combination rewards reading the per-milligram figure rather than the headline price.
Because the compound is short and the market uses many names for it, the certificate's identity check is what confirms that a house-branded product is in fact elamipretide. The vendors at the top of this page publish certificates you can check against the issuing laboratory.

Small review base (65 on Trustpilot, 26 Sep 2026). Measured net content could not be read from the certificate images. The legal entity name appears on the refund policy but not the About page. GLP products sold under house codes PG-1SG / PG-2TZ / PG-3RT.

The September '5-star from thousands' blog claim is gone, so the clean-record point is now awarded.

Where it falls short
Home and about pages claim 'cGMP-certified facilities' and 'accredited laboratories' while the vendor's own legit post says cGMP certificates do not exist, and no accrediting body is named. The ProSupply Services LLC name we read in September is no longer printed anywhere; 'New Jersey-based' only, no address, email-only support. Trustpilot 4.3 is still the low end of the partner set.

45 Trustpilot reviews — below our 50 threshold for an independent review base. Certificates are vendor-hosted PDFs, not verifiable at the lab. No street address or phone anywhere on the site. Tirzepatide and retatrutide are sold as 'GLP-2 TRZ' and 'GLP-3 RT' with only a CAS number to identify them. Promotional banners and 'researcher count' claims differ from page to page.
