Sermorelin was an approved diagnostic and paediatric GH-deficiency treatment, so its adverse effects were documented under regulation: injection-site reactions, flushing, headache, dizziness and, less often, hyperactivity or nausea. It was withdrawn for commercial reasons, not safety. The research-grade product is not the former drug.
