Federal search at Apex's registered address; storefront now behind a login
On 23 September 2026 the U.S. Postal Inspection Service, FBI and IRS Criminal Investigation searched 503 Prosperity Way, North Sioux City — the address Apex Peptides LLC prints in its footer — and a home owned by one of the two men who own the Apex businesses (KTIV, 23–24 Sep 2026). No agency has named Apex Peptides as the subject, no charges are public, and a search is not a finding of wrongdoing. What has changed on the rubric: as of 29 September apex-peptides.com redirects every page to a login form, so the catalog, prices and certificate library we scored on 17 September can no longer be checked from outside. We have stopped sending readers to Apex until the storefront reopens and the investigation is clearer. UPDATE 2 Oct 2026: the site header now reads TEMPORARILY CLOSED while add-to-cart remains enabled; we record every Apex price as unavailable and keep links suspended.
